Courier or Urgent Air Shipments.
Customs legislation allows us to make imports through fast delivery shipments, express courier, or parcel services, provided it complies with the requirements demanded by the law.
Some of the most important regulations include:
- The package must have a maximum weight of 110 pounds (50 kilograms).
- The minimum chargeable weight is 8 pounds.
- The declared value must not exceed $2,000 US dollars.
- Maximum of six (6) units of the same item.
- Packages that do not exceed $200 US dollars do not incur taxes.
- Goods valued over $200 US dollars up to $2,000 US dollars incur a 19% VAT ā 10% Tariff.
- No customs brokerage is needed, providing more agility and lower costs.
The shipment of the following items is not allowed:
- Military toys, weapons, and explosives.
- Camouflage clothing or items for military use.
- Pornography, sex toys, and similar items.
- Surveillance cameras (unless they have permission from Supervigilancia).

This service is allowed by the United States Customs Department to receive cargo in transit in American territory and subsequently be transported to the final destination determined by the customer and through the route they specify.
In-Land Cargo: Transportation in the United States.
We handle your merchandise within the United States, from any point to any destination, regardless of size or weight.
We have the capacity for:

- LTL (Less than Truckload - Partial truckload).

- FTL (Full Truckload).

Unaccompanied Baggage.
This service allows you to send items that you cannot take with you when you travel, avoiding overweight costs with the airline.
Requirements:
- The passenger must document a minimum stay of 5 days abroad.
- Do not exceed a declared value of US$2,500.
The following items are not allowed to be shipped:
- It must contain personal items such as clothing, sports equipment, musical instruments, appliances, items specific to your profession or trade, and general household items. (Up to three units of the same reference).
Cold Chain Cargo.
Through our logistics, we can provide you with a service where temperature-sensitive cargo will maintain its integrity and preservation until its final destination, ensuring 100% quality, freshness, and optimizing its distribution.
We have the capacity to maintain very strict temperature intervals, between -10Ė and 8Ė degrees Celsius, with intense cold or ambient temperature. We regulate the placement of the container inside the plane, as well as the temperature, achieving optimal performance in transportation.
Household Goods Shipping (Moving).
Through this service, we offer you the convenience of transporting your household goods by air or sea to your country of origin.
This modality is aimed at residents abroad who wish to return to their country and meet certain requirements, such as having lived abroad for at least twenty-four (24) consecutive or non-consecutive months during the three (3) years immediately preceding their arrival in the country to establish their residence.
